I am so grateful that I chose Service Master in Redding, Ca for MOLD REMEDIATION. My faucet sprung a huge leak and the cabinets underneath were soaked ! Yikes ! I called Service Master and Patty was super helpful. The next day, Michael Rothrock came out and assessed the situation. He answered my many questions and he guided me throughout the entire process from start to finish. I called Michael a few times and he ALWAYS got back to me to address my concerns. MOLD REMEDIATION is not cheap; it is a meticulous and scientific process, for sure. Ryan Gilleon came out to do the work and he was FANTASTIC ! Ryan explained everything and he was professional, pleasant and very kind. He also took the time to educate me about mold infestation and why the process is so involved. Brittany in the finance department has been great to work with. When the stuff "hits the fan" & you need help with a disaster--large or small--call service Master in Redding !

We had a tenant who left the apartment full of fermenting garbage and trash. ServiceMaster came to our rescue! We were so impressed for the work they did in clearing out the rental which was basically a bio hazard. Everyone we worked with from Patty, who helped get the ball rolling, to Ryan, who did the inspection, to Michael who worked very hard to set up the local work in a way that would work with our limited budget. The "A Team" crew of Katie, Kelly, Eddy, and lead Terry worked amazingly hard. They brought up two large trucks and in one day hauled out 4.5 tons of garbage. The whole experience of working with this ServiceMaster team was great. Everyone was professional and kind. We would totally recommend them and will use their services again should the need arise.

He was very good .I was very happy with everything he did..I have referred him to 3 of my friends..The only problem I have with him is he never wrote or emailed me something about my problem I need something for court or my lawyer will drop me.
