We are competitive and we will do what we can to match our competition. We offer payment plans and fee waiver for low income individuals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a phone consultation and then an office appointment. After your office appointment we like to try to file your case as soon as possible. We keep you updated as your case progresses and see to it that you receive a discharge in your bankruptcy case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hundreds of bankruptcy cases filed. Millions of dollars of debt discharged. I have extended experience with simple and complex chapter 7 bankruptcies and chapter 13 bankruptcies.
