I offer 10% discounts for military, police, fireman, emt, paramedic, senior citizens. if I give a quote and customer may feel like it's too high, talk to me and let me know what budget is and I will work with you within reason.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process is to come look at the job, give quote, write up contract, organize start date, sign contract along with customer, collect deposit, start work, receive final payment upon completion of work.
