What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personally I like to be in person at the job site so I get a better understanding of the problem, as I don’t charge for estimates. If I can’t make it in person pictures of the problem would also work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied civil engineering and took some courses on plumbing.
