I accidentally flushed a toilet cleaning sponge that doesn’t dissolve in water and ended up clogging my toilet. He arrived within 25 minutes, which was really impressive. He greeted me politely and even thanked me for hiring him, which I really appreciated. He removed the sponge in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and extremely kind. I’ll definitely call him again if I ever have another issue.

He was very professional throughout the visit, easy to communicate with, and the pricing was very reasonable. He also went above and beyond when it came to testing the work to make sure everything was running properly before leaving. Highly recommend!
