He responded promptly, arrived on time, and thoroughly assessed the issue with our clogged kitchen sink, which was caused by rice going down the garbage disposal. He clearly explained the problem, resolved it efficiently, and ensured everything was working properly before leaving. I also appreciated that he cleaned up under the sink after completing the job. I accidentally flushed a toilet cleaning sponge that doesn’t dissolve in water and ended up clogging my toilet. He arrived within 25 minutes, which was really impressive. He greeted me politely and even thanked me for hiring him, which I really appreciated. He removed the sponge in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and extremely kind. I’ll definitely call him again if I ever have another issue.
