Received a free estimate on our home. Home inspectors recommended electrician to come out and take a look at our breakers and shorted outlet. Received quote quickly. Didn't end up requiring immediate repair so I didn't hire them. Will definitely work with them when I decide to replace my breaker panel.

We didn’t hire Volta, but they did come by for a quote and that interaction/process was great. Eric from Volta was really nice and respectful. I asked that he wear booties before coming into our home and he agreed with no hesitation. We had a breaker that was missed labeled and I didn’t realize that it was tripped. It looked like it was about 3/4 on and then I would try to push it to the ON side, it wouldn’t stay, so I assumed that it was just a breaker with a faulty spring or some thing. turns out that in order to reset it, you actually have to flip it OFF, then ON. When Eric showed me this I was a little embarrassed, but he was super cool about it and it was no big deal. Ultimately, we went with another company, but the customer service alone was really good and would consider them again if needed.
