- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run different promotions each month; ask us what promotions we have running right now! We also offer senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start by speaking with the client about the project(s) in detail, so we have a good idea of what is needed and desired. Once the details are established, an appointment is set with the client for a representative to visit the property and assess the work that needs to be done. Depending on the complexity of the project, the representative will provide an estimate for the work either during or after the appointment. After that, it's up to the customer to decide if they would like to move forward, and then they're introduced to the team that will be assisting throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our field representatives is required to complete training sessions on a host of categories, including: product knowledge, financing options (terms, rates, etc.) and more. Not only that, but our office staff's knowledge spans over 3 decades of combined experience!
