Hey there 👋🏼
I’m Swim Coach Rasha! I have been teaching students of all ages and swim levels for over 5 years now. Swimming was something I’ve been doing since I was about 2 years old! I was known as the mermaid at my local gym because of how impressive I was at such a young age. Of course I swam on the swim team in middle and high school; no matter the year, I was always varsity. Once I turned 16 I got my lifeguard certificate and began Lifeguarding by the age of 17. I’ve kept my certification up to date ever since ✅
I have over 25 years of swim experience and understand that everyone learns differently. If something isn’t working one way, we’ll try another, and another, until we reach our goal! I do not believe in giving up. I have seen young children learn to swim within a week, you could be next!

Coach Rasha is an awesome swim instructor. She taught at our pool in Westchester, CA for a couple of years and we were super disappointed to hear she was moving to Florida. It was amazing to watch the students (especially children) go from no trust as she was a stranger, to learning to swim usually the basic within 3-4 lessons. I remember a 3 year old was resisting, but once it clicked after the 3rd lesson, he couldn't get enough. He was diving picking up toys by the 5th lesson.

Coach Rasha was very professional and very kind. I have two daughters (7 and 4). Each with completely different personalities and their own different fears when it came to swimming. Rasha was extremely patient and knew exactly how to customize her approach to each of my daughters based on their abilities and reservations. She managed to make every session fun and engaging and i saw progress at the end of each session. They felt safe with her all while continuously being challenged. Im so happy with how far theyve come. So glad i found coach Rasha on instagram.

Went on a cruise to the bahamas with Rasha and @your.travel.junkies (on IG/Tiktok) and I didnt know how to swim so she kindly gave me some quick pointers and I learned how to swim in a day! Highly recommend she was a great teacher even for a 22 year old like myself :)

I'm 33 years old, and I take swimming lessons whit Coach Rasha. She is so amazing and patient I forgot my fear. And after a couple of classes with her I learned how to swim. Don't be shy, don't think something is impossible because she makes swimming possible.

Coach Rasha has a special way with kids, she is welcoming, trusting and has the ability to turn a childs fear into confidence.
