I really enjoy working with Luis. He installed a saltwater system, replaced the deck-o-seal, fixed a coping stone, and sanded the pool plaster that was damaged by the previous owner using the wrong chemicals. I also had Luis quote a gas heater, and when I decided to go with solar instead, he respected what I wanted to do and didn’t try to continue to upsell. I really appreciate that - as a woman I end up with lots of home professionals condescending about what I want. Luis never does that and is a joy to work with. In fact I’ve contracted with him to do my regular pool maintenance! Luis is very honest - during the sanding, he told me the plaster is getting thin in some spots so they couldn’t sand down all the issues. I asked him if I needed to re-plaster and instead of selling me something I didn’t need, he told me the plaster will last another 15 years, there will just be a few marks but not enough to cause problems or warrant an expensive replastering. This is when I knew I’ll be working with Xtreme pools for a long time! As you can see in the pictures, the work is amazing. I’m especially happy that they did such a clean job on the deck-o-seal! I’ve never seen such a perfect job. Luis was here himself for doing this to make sure it was done right.

Luis got right back to me with a quote and within two days the work was complete and looked fantastic. Luis is even coming back to fix one small area that he noticed. That’s great customer service. He was friendly and absolutely punctual!

Luis has been fantastic to work with, very honest and transparent. He helped take my pool which had just turned past my helping and made it better than ever! I was on the fence about hiring someone and Luis has been well worth the money - and with my aging pool filter, he diagnosed it as a problem, purchased a replacement, and installed it the same day without any issues. Only a month in but have been very happy!
