DryCare Restoration was founded with the goal of helping home and business owners to completely restore their property after a disaster, and return to regular day-to-day life with little to no interruptions. Such events are always devastating and frustrating to deal with. At DryCare Restoration we understand that. Came home to a huge water damage and prior to calling DryCare Restoration I had tried three other companies that were not successful. At DryCare Restoration I spoke to Cindy whom was amazing! She was direct and took me step by step with what I was to expect from the initial inspection to how my plumbing issues would be resolved and worked with the insurance company. Within 30 mins from talking to her, they had arrived and installed the equipment fast. She made sure to keep me in the loop with the calls we'd even have three way calls with the insurance company to make sure this issue was resolved fast. If you ever need any of their services I give them a 10/10 recommendation they are the best not only does the team get the job done promptly but Cindy is great to work with and communicates well with you. It's hard to find companies where they have someone like that.

Just last week, we had a pipe burst in my home and I check yelp to see who can come out asap. I found and contacted DryCare Restoration. I also remember one of my employees recommending this company before for her home. I told them I was on a time crunch and they worked so quickly resulting in excellent work. Everything is back to being perfect. I was so worried about finding the right company for this type of a job, since it is has to be done professionally. I am so glad one of my employees mentioned DryCare restoration which they have previously used before, it did make me feel slightly more comfortable in giving them a try. So I called the office and the customer service was top notch. They were sweet, friendly, and very informative. When they got to my home to get started on the work, they were polite and very clean after themselves. Thanks guys.

Our kitchen sink faucet had a manufacturer defect that flooded our kitchen, resulting in more than fix-it-yourself damage. Our contractor recommended DryCare and within a couple of hours of the initial call, Rafael Cohen was at my house going over the steps they needed to take. They packed up my kitchen, did the demo that was necessary, installed dehumidifiers and fans to dry the floors and walls, and arranged for environmental testing, knowing what steps they needed to take regarding my insurance claim. They also set up containment walls, which was very helpful in keeping the dust contained during the demo as well as keeping my pets out of the area. I have been in my house for 20 years and had never filed a claim, but Rafael was very knowledgeable and talked me through the process. He was reachable via text with questions I had, and was extremely patient regarding payment because it was not a quick process. I never saw an invoice, and all the billing details were handled between Rafael and my insurance adjuster, so that also took some stress off of my shoulders. Overall, they made a very difficult situation a bit easier, as I was able to step back and let them handle the damage. I would not hesitate to refer them to others, or even use them again, heaven forbid I need to.

We offer free inspections and affordable reasonable pricing. Pricing varies on type of services requesting. We estimate our work based the amount of affected areas and extent of affected materials that needs to get removed. Normally we go through insurance on most home and businesses and we bill directly as we are a preferred vendor for all insurance company. Our team works directly with your insurance company for all repairs so you don’t have to. We are a preferred vendor for most insurance companies, allowing us immediate work approvals
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our specialists arrive on site. You explain the situation and tell us what happened. We conduct a comprehensive analysis to assesses the damage with tools such as thermal imaging and water meters We put together a plan to restore your property to its original condition. With our state-of-the-art technology, we can also submit immediate insurance claims on your behalf Our team works directly with your insurance company for all repairs so you don’t have to. We are a preferred vendor for most insurance companies, allowing us immediate work approvals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC Certification Industry standards recommend that IICRC Certification be maintained by all restoration professionals. The IICRC Certification shows that DryCare Restoration Inc. is a professional company operating in accordance of the highest inspection, cleaning, and restoration standards. Any DryCare professional working on your property will be happy to display their IICRC Certificate to you. Contractors State License Board Certificate The Contractors State License Board Certificate demonstrates that DryCare Restoration Inc. has been found to meet the highest state mandated standards in the field of home restoration on behalf of the state of California, assuring you that we will provide you with a safe and properly restored property, while eliminating additional damage and helping prevent future damage from occurring.
