I had the pleasure of working with Danny over the past couple of weeks with a home HVAC replacement. I had reached out to Danny after searching through Facebook, wanting to find a local small business that was reputable and had excellent reviews.Reason being. My initial experience was having Home Depots Right Time Services from Riverside evaluate my homes system. Their report basically said I would need an entire overhaul and the best I could get was a system costing me 21k dollars with them honoring a 20% discount as a retired Navy veteran. I needed another opinion. Simply calling Danny and I believe speaking with his wife. I was already relieved to hear that the quote I was given was rather high. However, they could come over and take a look themselves and give their fair assessment.I was glad they did. Danny found out that although my HVAC system could be salvaged. It being 20 years old, I wanted to just get it replaced. The Goodman furnace Right Time said would be unreliable and was of bad quality. Danny's assessment was that it was a workhorse, capable of 100k btus, and parts easily accessible for replacement and repair. His evaluation, to repair what he suspected was a fried board, upon his arrival to perform the service and HVAC unit replacement. It was!Danny was very humble, never tried to upsell, only explained what was of use to the customer. All of these things, I greatly appreciated. In addition, his wife was always excellent in keeping communication between our scheduling and very patient in relaying information as well as answering questions. They make a great team.Towards the end of the install, which was performed very efficiently. Danny was kind enough to install a thermostat I had purchased on Amazon, explain how it had worked, and we even tested the furnace to make sure the heater was able to cycle.I couldn't be more impressed with this young man and his business acumen. Thank you for providing your excellent service!
