David was very easy to work with. Very fair pricing, great communication and detail oriented work. We were putting my moms house on the market and needed some work done quickly (flooring in the bedroom and ceiling repair) David came out on Christmas Eve to complete the bulk of the work so that we were able to show the home. He was extremely polite and flexible. I cannot say enough good about Garcias Remodeling. David will absolutely be my go to for any future home repairs.
