What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My work is hourly, $60 per hour of work, $30 per hour for travel to the store (if necessary). Minimum payment is 2 hours. The client only pays for my time spent at the client's site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I answer the client's request, if necessary, request photos of the work object and agree on a time of work that is more convenient for the client. An hour before the appointed time, I inform the client of ETA and move to him.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my home country, I have worked for a construction company for the last few years: we provided clients with repair and renovation services in apartments, garages, houses and offices.
