Reyna is a gem. She and her team did a deep cleaning of my home from the top to the bottom and I am thrilled! They cleaned things I didn't realize needed attention. They showed up on time and got right to work. They moved from room to room cleaning everything in sight. I will be hiring them for regular cleaning going forward

reyna and her team came and gave me an estimate for my requested cleaning. reyna was easy to communicate with right from the get go in terms of getting this set up. she arrived right on time for her estimate and was able to answer any questions i had for her. she was also very responsive when it came to scheduling our cleaning routine as well as arrival and departure times. we just had our first cleaning done today and the team did an immaculate job. i am so happy with the product and can’t wait to continue using pure cleaning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pure cleaning charges flat rate with a checklist to cater to all the averages customers needs. The cost of our services is determined by the specific needs of each house, as every property is unique and has distinct needs, and the time spent in a same-size house can differ significantly based on varying necessities and conditions. We have prices on the app these prices are based for bi weekly cleaning service, if you need weekly or monthly will increase or decrease accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After stablished communication and understanding of the basics, we will provide you with an estimate to give you an idea of the costs involved. If approved, we will coordinate a walkthrough meeting to to gather more information and details about your needs and present a definitive quote for the service. If final quote is ok we set up a day and time for the cleaning service. If you don’t have the time for the walkthrough we can send you a questionnaire to have the most detailed information about your needs in order to present you a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The experience of having worked in this industry for more than 20 years, and the industry of water and fire restoration, with a certification of IICRC. and also certification for carpet cleaning.
