I notarize on an individual basis for single page documents, as well as provide services as a loan signing agent for mortgage document packages.
Fee for a loan signing appointment is $125.00.
I provide services in the following counties: Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, and Yolo. For individual document notarizations, the fee varies depending on the number of notarizations and number of miles traveled to complete the appointment.
