I reached out to this company to get an estimate to repair my roof. We made an appointment and then they had to change the appointment not once but twice. I totally understand that sometimes things happen. Then finally they came out and said they would send us an estimate. That was 2 weeks ago and we have left messages and texted them several times. Again we are very understanding that it is also the holidays but a quick response would have been appreciated. They have totally ghosted us. If you can’t even bother to respond then what does that say about your work ethic.

I asked for one tile for replacement, they wanted check to make sure there are none of damaged around my roof, found 2 of them are damaged. All of them have been replaced. I am really glad they did otherwise, it could have been worse. Highly recommended! I definitely will refer anyone who's asking for roof repair!
