We hired David and the team at Goldrush Renovations for a full exterior transformation of our home, over 4,000 sq ft, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we’ve made as homeowners. They resided the entire house, completely reroofed it, redid our deck railing, added new lighting—truly the full package. We went with an all-white look and had David add some elevated detailing to the eaves and trim, and the final result is stunning. It feels like a brand new home.

David and his crew were here every single day: on time, respectful, efficient, and they finished the project ahead of schedule, which is almost unheard of for something this extensive. Every inspection passed with flying colors. I’m extremely particular (some would say neurotic), and I can confidently say the level of detail and craftsmanship they delivered was near perfection.

They were with us for over three months, and during that time, they became like family. My one-year-old son even started calling them "uncles", that’s how present and kind they were. It’s rare to find contractors who not only deliver incredible work but also treat your home (and your family) with such care and respect.

We’re beyond grateful for the beautiful exterior they crafted for us, and equally thankful for their fair pricing, professionalism, and top-tier work ethic. I’d recommend David and Goldrush Renovations to anyone who wants their home done right. We plan on doing upgrades to a few other if our homes and GoldRush will forever be our go to for getting the work done! Thank you David and team!

Gold Rush worked around the schedule of a tenant and city inspection team that required the work to be stretched out much longer than expected on a window installation. They always responded to texts and calls, worked with the window wholesaler, sent regular pictures and updates, got requested city business licenses quickly. Will definitely use them again should another project come up.
