I run Cook’s Carpet Cleaning. I handle carpet, tile and grout, hardwood-style floors, and concrete. Most of the work I get isn’t from something being “lightly dirty” — it’s from buildup that’s been sitting for a while and isn’t coming out with basic cleaning. That’s where I come in. I focus on getting everything cleaned evenly and properly, not just making the surface look better for a day. That means taking the time to prep, treat problem areas, and clean it in a way that actually brings it back instead of leaving it patchy or streaky. Every job’s a little different. Some can be handled with standard methods, others need a stronger approach — either way, I’m upfront about it and do what’s going to get the best result. I use non-toxic, pet and human safe products when it makes sense, but the priority is always getting the surface as clean as possible without cutting corners.
