- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the client in person and discuss the project on site. Once we have obtained all the necessary information about the job we assess the ease or difficulty of the project , price check the necessary supplies as material prices tend to change i.e. a $10 board last year may be $15 this year. So we do our homework to insure that we get it right the first time and don't surprise customers with extra cost. We submit the best available price we can. Once accepted it goes to calendar.
