- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone conference to set expectations, client emails me documents they want served with all relevant information. I receive payment. I make two attempts at service of process. If successful I then do court filings of service. If unsuccessful, documents returned to client. Either way client gets emailed status of attempts at service and any filings made. Process complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been preparing legal documents and filings in court for over ten (10) years.
