One on one is exclusive!!!! You are hiring a professional to take his or her time only for you. I just want people to understand this. You get what you pay for. I always do a first interview. In this interview I listen very carefully and learn about that client goals. And the client also learn about me. We take care of the paperwork, I measure the body fat, talk about nutrition and supplements. It depends of the level of the client. I start from the basics, teatching the right form of each movement.

I am certified and a member of the IDEA FIT a fitness association that keeps me updated on new technics. I keep taking online courses and seminars to learn new technics. I also have the Red cross CPR course. I was an athlete for my entire life, since I was 18 years old when I started running marathons what helps to make me a good trainer.
