Bob was very professional. He determined the problem with our broken refrigerator and walked my husband (an electrical engineer) through the troubleshooting process. It ended up being a catastrophic failure and he explained to us in clear terms the pros and cons of repair vs buying a new fridge. He fixes all appliances therefore we will be calling him in the future if anything else breaks.

Orozov responded promptly to my request for service. He arrived on time, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Because of the date, I had to wait until Monday to get the job done. He gave me an estimate, and came and repaired my refrigerator after getting the part. I was very satisfied with his professionalism, and ability to fix the problem.

Jose found the problem with our dishwasher and fixed it. As luck would have it, the refrigerator needed a new filter. He installed it and got everything working. He even helped clean behind it! He'll be our go to appliance repair person.
