We discuss the facts of the case in detail so we can decide the best strategy. If appropriate, we have licensed private investigators who will do an independent investigation. For DUI cases, we have experts and laboratories who can challenge the prosecutor's evidence.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is terrifying to be arrested. The normal human response is to call several attorneys until you find one who will tell you everything will magically go away. My office never does this. A criminal case can affect your job, your marriage, and every other aspect of your life. You must take this case seriously! Do not be fooled by attorneys who tell you everything will be fine when they have not investigated the case or even read the police reports.
