While searching for service providers on Thumbtack, Johnny responded to my inquiry incredibly quickly. I explained my situation and what I was hoping to accomplish. He was both knowledgeable and genuinely helpful in guiding me in the right direction. Upon arriving at my home, Johnathan was exceptionally kind, professional and thorough. I truly appreciated the expertise he provided on-site. He went above and beyond with the quality of his work. In addition to the full extermination service, he also de-webbed both the interior and exterior of my home and removed several wasp nests without hesitation. After completing the job, he took the time to explain the primary insects he found inside and outside my home, which was extremely informative. Johnathan’s passion for his work and for his business is evident in everything he does. I’m so happy to now be part of the Bluedot Pest family!
