Update: The real problem was my home warranty company, Anthony has been great at dealing with their incompetence. Thank you Senergy for helping resolve this bad experience with first american warranty-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Terrible. They sent a guy to the wrong address, first American warranty had sent them to my address. So my appointment was a waste of time. Spent the whole day waiting. Then to make it up to me they allegedly waive the $75 copay. The technician made it clear his company doesn't like to do business with first american warranty. They take my filter out and didn't replace it. Then when they come around replacing it, a leak starts in the evaporator and they refer the problem out to another company because they don't want to deal with first american. I got an invoice for $0 as proof that the copay was settled. Yet first American now is claiming I need to pay the $75 to senergy. My account has been sent to collections. This whole experience with senergy and home warranty has been a disaster. Senergy if you can help me resolve this I will remove this true story. The invoice you sent didn't help.Update 0400 1/17/19: Spoke to Anthony and he said he'd make a call to my home warranty company to clarify the mix up. Will post again once there's a resolution. Thanks for the quick response Anthony.
