- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is slightly higher, but we bring a full theatrical experience to the event, including backdrops, Sound systems and magic effects not typically shown by other performers. Of course, we do offer a smaller trimmed down show for a competitive price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to reach out ahead of time to make sure that our part of their event is completely taken care of. If the event is a fundraiser, or event show, we offer to take on some of the poster design and additional, related fundraising duties, such as tickets, and programs at no additional cost to our client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken many courses in magic over the years, as well as put in quite a few years in just being out there doing the show. The have both been through various theatrical training courses.
