- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the level of case and the work entailed. Pricing is reasonable and comparable to what others charge in our profession. I try to help my clients with down payments and payment plans, when available. When clients refer other clients they are also given a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s important to answer all their questions and concerns. To help them know that we will be here to help them every step of the way. It’s important to establish trust and help them feel that we are here to help them and do the best for them, because we do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been an Attorney for over 22 years. I’ve worked for the court system, government agencies, the County of Los Angeles and the County of Riverside, as well as been in private practice. I am known in the Courts both with Attorneys and Judges due to my long and extensive career.
