- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. As laws are evolving so are judicial forms. I am updated on these every three months. I keep current on changing laws and continued education. Bankruptcy is a prime example. In this new economy the laws have changed and evolved tremendously. When there is any shift in the legal system you will be sure to find me behind the latest text book to remain current.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Confidential Comfort Paralegal-LDA will quote you a flat rate for your individual case or documents being prepared by my company. Prior to beginning your case, you the client, will receive a written cost quote as well as what documents or type of case in its entirety that Confidential Comfort Paralegal-LDA will be preparing for you. You will not be concerned about hidden costs or fee's increasing if difficulties arise in your case.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
With the exception of in court representation or mediating within the courts system, Confidential Comfort Paralegal-LDA is fully capable, and legally able to prepare any and all documents needed for their case.
