Encore deejays always start as nightclub deejays and then are trained specifically for weddings and corporate events, and specialty parties such as sweet 16, bar/bat mitzvahs, prom etc.

Make sure to interview more than one company to ensure that you not only "vibe" with the vendor but that they can create the things that you are visualizing for your event.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all deejays and photo booths are created equal. Think of it like this, Nordstrom does not sell the same quality as Walmart. You also would do your research before you go getting plastic surgery to make sure the surgeon has experience and that he does great work. The price wouldn't be considered because you would know that cutting corners to save money could mean that you ruin your face. The same thing applies to your wedding! It's the most important day of your life, you want to make sure your vendors are professional, experienced, and have high quality equipment.
