We had an issue with our furnace that suddenly stopped heating, and SAV HVAC delivered exceptional service from the moment we reached out. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed a failed igniter, and explained everything in simple terms so we understood what was happening. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing — no guessing, no unnecessary repairs, just honest and professional work.
What impressed us most was the attention to detail. Before leaving, he checked airflow, tested the system multiple times, and made sure our thermostat was set correctly.
