FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The short answer to how much does it cost is: it depends. The goal of any will, trust or estate plan is to make it as easy as possible for your family and heirs to understand what you want to happen after you pass. You don't want to just hope that your plan will carry out your wishes by filling in some blanks as quickly as possible. You don't want to overpay for something that you don't actually need. And you don't want your family to find out that they are not as protected as you thought they would be because a little more time wasn't taken to put the plan together. After talking with my clients I quote a flat rate price, with everything spelled out, so my clients know exactly what they are getting, and the value of the services they are paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time I meet with a client is a free consultation to get to know each other and identify how I can help them. From there we will set up additional meetings to work through the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Pacific McGeorge School of Law in the top 15% of my class.
