Everything about the gas water heater install went smoothly. Dealing with Alex was great he replied quickly once I submitted my request via Thumbtack. he was here the next day to give me an bid on the job while he was here he clearly explained what he would be doing. On the day of the install Alex and Tony arrived on time, they were very professional, efficient and courteous.

I reached out to Alex via Thumbtack. It's the best thing I've done in a long time. He was reasonable, honest, and professional through and through. His work is of the highest quality. Communication was clear. He texted me 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. Explained all my options. Clear cut explanation of cost. A wonderful experience. Thank you Alex. I'm a hard judge and expect quality for the money paid. He delivered and I've not said this in the post Covid era.

I can't say enough about the work Alex did for me. He contacted me immediately when I reached out to him. He was on time when he arrived the next day. He repaired my hot water heater quickly so that we were not without hot water for long. He is professional, friendly, up front with his bid, and reliable. His card is now on my refrigerator for the next time I have a plumbing issue.
