I reached out to Alex via Thumbtack. It's the best thing I've done in a long time. He was reasonable, honest, and professional through and through. His work is of the highest quality. Communication was clear. He texted me 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. Explained all my options. Clear cut explanation of cost. A wonderful experience. Thank you Alex. I'm a hard judge and expect quality for the money paid. He delivered and I've not said this in the post Covid era.

We were able to get same day service for a plumbing drain pipe repair. The previous homeowner repaired not up to code before we purchased so we needed to have it updated. Very happy with the results! We will definitely have him back out to update some other plumbing in our home.
