FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company prides itself on slowing down the call to get on the same understanding of the customer and building upon the experience we have to help our customer better understand their own projects they are wanting to have pricing on. With experience in the electrical service world, we feel it is super important for our customers to understand why they are in the buying process. Without educating our customers on the buying experience we would surely be letting them down. We share all information up front to help the customer feel confident in making the decision to use our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company was a troubleshooter for the local utility provider for an extended period of time with seeing roughly 4-5 troubleshooting projects each day. With gaining this kind of experience we were able to formulate a high customer satisfaction rate for common issues. Every project has a level of its own challenges, but with experience we are able to see most situations before they happen while quoting the project upfront and also having quick responses to overcoming issues during installation. We look forward to serving you on your next project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner of the company began working as an apprentice with two people who were the local trainers of the city inspections office. This was eye opening to see our bosses having passionate discussions with the city inspections on the interpretations of local and national codes. The owner of Electrical Detectives Inc. received a vast amount of knowledge in the electrical trade in a very short period of time working for these guys. Custom projects in homes are where we excelled which led to a pathway where we are today with opening our own company.
