The quality of service started from the first interaction when I reached out to get information and price. Ivy offered to come Sunday morning instead of waiting until the following week which was great. Both Ivy and Kim we dresses in their white coats and masks, they brought all their equipment and set up in my living room. I have to say in all the years have gotten a deep cleansing facial I have never had anyone take their time going over every pore in my face like Kim did. It took about 90 minutes to clean my very congested skin after 6 months without facial due to the spas’ closures after COVID. The price was right and the service was really good! I’m so happy I found butterfly beauty and can’t wait to book another facial for myself and for my 2 daughter in a few weeks. Job well done!

Man let me tell you big things come in small packages, this girl right here is stronger than any man I know. The strength that comes out of these little hands will not only blow you away but will also straighten you right out I'm telling you you won't see it coming she's got the strength of a 1000 men Several times I did have to tell her to please lighten up a little bit. If deep tissue is your desire than this is your therapist. The massage was excellent thank you very much.

I am very happy I found butterfly beauty to help me with my self-care needs and in the comfort of my home. I tried to do things on my own during the pandemic and ended up burning my skin 😅 so I was desperate for help and nail salons are closed. I am very satisfied with the quality of her work. Everything was clean and she was very mindful of covid precautions (wore masks, cleaned and disinfected everything before use, etc.). I don’t think I will go back to a spa or nail salon even after the pandemic is over as it was a very comfortable experience and most of all, convenient. Thank you butterfly beauty 🙏 PS: she will drive to any city for a reasonable transportation fee. She does massage, facials, nails, waxing, lashes and more.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always ask , always ask, make sure the service you need first .The point, we put fairly price , and we drive all around time , traffic, gas , and we charge $30 for traveling fee and set up fee. We really do need time for it. Please :) it’s not like we setting inside salon waiting for you, and maybe you come to me, getting better deals with more services you need:)

Beauty college for skin care , nail , massage , microblading. Also , Our leader is a beauty college instructor. With great standards, we practice much better.
