HEALING ALCHEMY For nearly a decade, I've worked with countless women who seek healing. Whether their healing journey with me begins because of a physical injury, stress, or they just want to know correct alignment in certain poses, when you work with me, every aspect of Being is addressed. Nothing in our body lives in isolation. So why would we attempt to treat anything in isolation? I call this “healing alchemy” and define it as ​“the process of taking our pain and transforming it into power & gratitude”. This transformation happens on every level (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Not sure what this would look like? Both long-time clients and those who are new agree, when you walk through the door, you feel something special instantly. It's hard to put a finger on it. It's a feeling of safety and a much needed exhale. You feel at home. Safe. Protected. In this sacred space, I host private & small group Yoga sessions, private events, therapeutic yoga sessions, workshops, Yoga Nidra, reiki healing, and holistic nutrition & health coaching.
