Clear Efficiency was in touch with me immediately and arrived same day. The front office was super nice and responsive. Unfortunately, the job needs to be done by a plumber. The technician sent out, Jeremy, took pictures in the attic, and explained the situation with my pipes in a way that I could understand. He did not try and sell me something I didn’t need. He was the nicest person I’ve ever had come to my home to do potential work.

Pros: Completed the job quickly and efficiently.
Cons: no transparency on charges and lack of follow up on communications. They give you one number for cost and when I requested a detail invoice because I felt they did not measure accurately they have not been able to provide that.
You also communicate with multiple people to try to get additional info so be careful because if you only deal with one person they can twist communication in their favor.
I should have known something was off when they just quickly give you a glance at a screen at a number they type in but no visible calculations.

We hold multiple state licenses, including a General Contractor license and a C-20 HVAC license. In addition, we’re certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as Building Analysts.
