- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first need to see your property in order to provide you an accurate bid. It really depends on whether the residence has been professionally maintained. The age of the dwelling, sometimes older homes that haven't been remodeled take a little extra elbow grease to sparkle. We ask that you have at least 2 complete sets of linens and towels for your maximum licensed occupancy. That way if anything becomes stained or damaged you have at least one additional set to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained in hospitality services and have also managed sterile facilities. We are your experts in cleaning.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
STR property managers and owners who care about the cleanliness of their property.
