Robie Jarvis Service for American River Electric was Outstanding-Probably the best service person I've ever contracted with to work on my home. all pluses, for punctuality, quality of work, feedback, estimates, reliability,professionalism. I've already hired him to come back and work probably all day long on Monday June 29th. He looks out for the customer-he takes pictures of recommended work to be done,his rates are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend him for any electrical work or work with wiring. Very Impressive.

Robie was great! He helped me install a 14-50 outlet in our garage for our tesla charger. Robie provided his professional suggestions regarding the placement of the outlet, and finished the job sooner than originally anticipated. I will definitely be reaching out to Robie again for any electrical work!

Great Experience! Showed up OnTime and with all the Tools and Materials for the job. Explained in detail what he was going to do (then what he did) job was longer than expected yet he stayed until job was finished. Price was Extreamly Fair and My Wife and I are Very Happy with Job Done. Looks Perfect and Works Perfect. Just what we needed. Service call rate is $75/hr, 2 hour minimum for a certified electrician with service truck and tools. Planned project rate on a multi-day project average is $56/hr for a crew of 2.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same day service calls for unplanned emergencies are $75/hr, 2hour minimum. For planned projects I will schedule a site visit followed by a written estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The electrical construction industry requires continuous training on the latest technologies and safety codes and take courses throughout the year to maintain electrician certification.
