FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not complicated but it is a little different than the norm. My fees are based on a sliding scale. I consider each individual client's income and living situation to determine the fees charged. For bankrutpcy, my fees ranges from $1250 to $1750 but I also provide some hardship fees of $750 to clients that qualify. I frequently give clients discounts to help them get the legal assistance they need. I never want a client not to get the help they need because the cost is too high.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I initially went to college to earn a degree in psychology. I always knew I wanted to work with people in some capacity where I helping to improve their lives. Through my experiences in college I found that law was another avenue I could pursue to meet this goal. It has been a great fit for me. Opening my own practice has allowed me to help people through some of the most different times in their lives with the dedication and personalized attention I believe they deserve.
