- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$900 per chapter 7 bankruptcy is our standard fee; most chapter 7 cases will qualify for the $900 fee. I advertise a sample fee on my website for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Most cases qualify for the sample fee, but some cases do cost more due to complicating factors. The simple way to find out exactly how much your case will cost is to call me for a free consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free phone consultation. At the end of the consultation we provide a quote, typically $900 for chapter 7 cases. If the client wants to retain our services they come into the office, sign a representation agreement, and hand over some documents such as tax returns, pay stubs and bank statements. Once we have these documents we prepare the bankruptcy petition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education: cum laude graduate from a Tier 1 law school. Training: years of experience helping clients eliminate debt for a low flat fee.
