- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices on the amount of time I will need to be at the event, travel time, equipment and the size of the event. I understand that planning events can get quite expensive and I do my best to keep my prices at a reasonable rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the person to see first if I would be a good fit for their needs. This can be done via telephone, FaceTime, or even in person. This is a good way to first ensure that we are able to work with one another, and also gives us a chance to get to know what I can do for them and what their expectation is for the services requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Sacramento City College from 2006-2008 where I took vocal classes and also piano classes to help me learn how to read music. As far as training, I have been singing since the age of 3 and since then, I have performed at many events and have sang background for celebrities as well.
