- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have stand alone pricing for equipment and rentals as well as package pricing. These prices will vary based on a multitude of factors such as the type of services requested, the date, time, and location of the event, same night pick up requirement, etc. After gathering the details of your event, we provide the client with an estimate. We work with the client to maximize their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we setup either a face to face or telephone meeting to determine the needs and requirements of the client. Based on the services required, we provide an estimate and if the client is interested in booking our services, we collect a 50% deposit to reserve the equipment and or services for the client. By collecting a deposit, we are providing our commitment to you for your event. The remainder of the deposit is collected on the day of the event when we arrive at the venue to deliver or setup.
