As a Property Manager, finding a pest control partner you can actually trust is a game-changer. Nico from Pest Pros has been providing the exact kind of high-level service and comfort required for a multi-family property.Nico is a true professional; his technical execution is 5-star, but its his communication and deep knowledge of the site and of his industry that really set him apart. Our property is located near a creek and heavy foliage, which usually spells trouble, but thanks to their top-notch preventative care, weve remained pest-free. On the rare occasion a spot issue arises (fleas, ants etc.) , Nico is on it immediately. He is consistent, reliable, and makes my job significantly easier while keeping our residents' homes stress-free. I couldn't recommend Nico and the Pest Pros team more highly!

Peyton is wonderful to work with! He checks in before and after treatment. Takes the time to both understand any issues I may be having around my house but then also explains why those may be occurring. If I have any questions in the time he isn't at my house he has always been quick to respond via text which I really appreciate.

Pest pro Should be blessed to have a technician like Joel. Joel is the best. He has the experience and knows what hes doing and controls the pests So we wont have to deal with them.

I cant say enough good things about Pest Pros, and especially about Chez.Chez handled all of the exclusion work at my house, and his effort and attention to detail were outstanding. He went above and beyond in every sense crawling under my deck, getting up on the roof, and accessing multiple hard-to-reach areas that other bids completely missed. Huge shoutout to Wallace! He was hands-down the most detailed and honest pest inspector weve had. He didnt rush, didnt sugarcoat anything, and really helped us understand what was happening in our attic. His inspection gave us more information in one visit than all the other companies combined. We truly appreciated his patience, kindness, and expertise. Highly recommend calling Wallace if you want the job done RIGHT!!!!
