John was wonderful ! very thorough and clear in explaining the issue, especially since I don’t know much about irrigation. He took the time to walk me through the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Not only was his quality of work excellent, but he was also very responsive. As a single mom worried about the issue in my backyard, he made me feel comfortable and even followed up to ensure everything was resolved. I hired John to fix an irrigation leak and perform some general maintenance. By the time our initial consult was over I hired him for much more than the leak. We added artificial grass to a section of the back yard, reconfigured all front yard sprinklers, replaced old drip system, removed some shrubs, installed new timer system, added lower flow sprinklers, and reseeded the front yard. John provides daily photo updates (I was at work), itemized invoices, and instructions and consultation, and cleans up the mess every day!! I am very pleased with Thompson Landscaping.
