John was wonderful ! very thorough and clear in explaining the issue, especially since I don’t know much about irrigation. He took the time to walk me through the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Not only was his quality of work excellent, but he was also very responsive. As a single mom worried about the issue in my backyard, he made me feel comfortable and even followed up to ensure everything was resolved.
