FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
1) Green card: A person entered the U.S. without any documents, worked without authorization, and eventually settles here over the years. Now, the person is married and has a family. They would like to stay in the U.S. legally together with their family. We help many people in this situation get permanent residency. 2) Immigration court: A non-citizen gets arrested for drunk driving or another criminal offense. The person is held in jail with an immigration hold and is charged criminally. We help people in this situation to negotiate a plea that avoids immigration consequences in criminal court, then represent them in immigration court so that they can stay in the U.S. legally.
