Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: (1) I strive for the Constitutionally PROPER result. The prosecution's DUI case is almost always flawed. I identify shortcomings in the prosecution's case. I argue for the proper and just result. When the prosecution presents an insufficient case, it should be dismissed, or my client should be acquitted. (2) I expose the truth about the prosecution's DUI evidence. Prosecutors rely on false assumptions and unsound science (smoke and mirrors) to get DUI convictions. I understand that applying sound science to a DUI case ultimately strengthens the defense's case. (3) I Defend the Innocent. Innocent people are charged with DUI's. I defend the innocent (4) I advocate for the person who made  a mistake. I understand that people make mistakes. These individuals deserve zealous advocacy for a fair resolution- without undue stress, judgment, and bewilderment, so they can peacefully put their mistake behind them.

Being arrested for a DUI was one of the scariest, humiliating and overwhelming experiences I have ever been through. After reading information online and reviewing the steps provided by the DMV, I quickly became overwhelmed and knew that I had to hire an attorney to ensure that I did everything correct. I immediately called a few local attorneys who specialized in DUI arrests. Most were very "matter of fact" and scared me with the realities of "what could happen". But my initial conversation with Mr. Reber was different. He listened and reassured me and made me feel "human". Immediately he reminded me that you are innocent until proven guilty, which definitely gave me piece of mind! By the end of the phone call, I knew that he was the right person to help me with the process and we met the next day to discuss my case. As a single mother of two, I personally felt that Mr. Reber took into consideration the negative impact that this could have on the rest of my life. It was his goal to protect my reputation and to lessen the impact it would have on me. I left his office feeling incredibly confident in his knowledge and expertise. The entire process took six months and throughout that time, Mr. Reber kept me informed and guided me every step of the way. He was always approachable and readily available when I had questions or concerns. We thoroughly reviewed the documentation and video together and presented some very fair arguments. There were times when I felt defeated and ready to move on with the case in an effort to put it behind me, however at the professional recommendation and advice of Mr. Reber, we pushed forward and ended up with the best possible outcome I could have ever anticipated - a dismissal of my case! I am incredibly grateful for the time, effort, patience, professionalism and dedication that Mr. Reber provided me. I put 100% faith and trust in him and he worked tirelessly to get a positive outcome for me! If you are considering hiring an attorney, I would highly recommend hiring Mr. Reber. He will provide the assurance that you need, ease your anxiety and will justly fight for and represent you at a fair and reasonable cost!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not "throw yourself at the mercy of" the court or DA. Call me to discuss how I can help, because: (1) I insist on the Constitutionally PROPER result: The prosecution's DUI case is always flawed. I identify shortcomings in the prosecution's case. I argue for the proper and just result. When the prosecution presents an insufficient case, the Constitutionally proper result is dismissal or acquittal. (2) I expose the truth about the prosecution's DUI evidence: Prosecutors rely on false assumptions and unsound science (smoke and mirrors) to get DUI convictions. I understand that applying sound science to a DUI case ultimately strengthens my client's case. I use this understanding to the benefit of my client. (3) I Defend the Innocent: The prosecution charges the innocent with crimes- including DUIs. I defend the innocent. (4) I advocate for the person who made a mistake: I understand that people make mistakes. These individuals deserve zealous advocacy for a fair resolution- without undue stress, judgment, and bewilderment, so they can peacefully put their mistake behind them.
