- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the size and condition of the vehicle. We offer multi-car discounts if you book more than one vehicle at the same location on the same day. There are no hidden fees, but please note that vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy mud, or severe biological stains may incur a condition-based fee, which we will always discuss and agree upon before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation about your vehicle’s current condition and what you want to achieve. We set a convenient time, and I bring my fully equipped mobile unit directly to your location. Before starting, we do a quick walk-around of the vehicle together to note any specific areas of concern. Once finished, I walk you through the completed work to ensure you are 100% satisfied before I pack up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in professional detailing techniques, including paint correction, leather conditioning, ceramic protection, and advanced interior extraction. I constantly stay up-to-date on the latest product chemistry and surface-safe cleaning methods to ensure every vehicle—from daily drivers to luxury cars—is treated with the utmost care.
