5+!! I met Shaquarrius a month before throwing my husband a virtual "milestone" birthday. We had the band booked earlier in the year, but the pandemic threw a big wrench in our plans. I coordinated with the band and they worked with a local venue to perform and live stream the show. I knew I wanted to find a way to invite guests to a private "virtual party" that wasn't just another Zoom call. Shaquarrius accepted the challenge. The party was two days ago and the birthday boy is still glowing. We had friends from all over the world connect and visit with him. Guests were able to find smaller "rooms" to meet up and connect with one another. The live stream of the band was in its own isolated place, so you could go "to the stage" when you were ready. Suffice to say that many people did not have very strong technical skills, and we knew that. Shaquarrius Calloway Events took care of all of that. They learned the ins and outs of the platform, made recommendations on how best to use it, developed two different sets of instructions for our beginner and advanced technical audience. They really saved the day when they figured out how I could get the lifelong set of pictures displayed for our guests. They worked with the band to make sure my hubby saw himself weaved into their performance (without over burdening the band). Shaquarrius was very responsive leading up to the event and had arranged the perfect amount of live check ins. During the party Shaquarrius and her team were available online for anyone that needed assistance. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for pulling all of this off Shaquarrius and Jessica! You truly were the foundation for memorable birthday bash, even though we had to do it virtually.

My process for working with a new client is to learn about you and your vision to be able to bring it to life. I will walk you through step by step on what needs to be done and how we will go about tackling each step.
