- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first 30 minute conversation is exploratory, so I will not charge you to learn about your business. If we decide to work together, most CEOs engage me as adviser on an hourly rate of $250/hr. However, we can discuss structuring a fee by day/week/month that might make more sense, depending upon your needs and my availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every successful relationship has a bit of chemistry, trust, collaboration and clear communication. For me to be successful in helping a business move forward, I have to: • Understand the business problems that we’re about to tackle; • Have a clear view of the underlying business, and it’s current status; and • Believe that the business Founder/CEO/Leadership is fully committed to the hard work that most likely lies ahead, and is fully open to the advice being given.
